3. Quote Design Tool (my.saigal.us)
The online solar design and quotation tool at my.saigal.us generates indicative price estimates based on current product prices in our database. Please note:
- Quotes generated by the tool are estimates only and are not legally binding offers
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- A final binding quotation requires a site survey and written confirmation from our team
- Product availability is subject to stock at the time of order confirmation
4. User Accounts
When you create an account on my.saigal.us, you are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Providing accurate and current information during registration
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Sites — including text, images, logos, product data and code — is the property of Saigal Solar Solutions or its licensors. The LONGi, Solis, Dyness, FoxESS, GoodWe and Knox brand names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used with permission as an authorised distributor.
You may not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit any content from the Sites without our written consent.
6. Third-Party Links
The Sites may contain links to third-party websites (bank calculators, brand websites, community forum, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of third-party sites.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Sites and their content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that:
- Prices, specifications or availability shown are always accurate or up to date
- The Sites will be available without interruption
- Any errors will be corrected immediately
Solar savings estimates and payback period calculations are illustrative only and based on average tariff rates. Actual savings depend on your specific usage, tariff category and system performance.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Pakistani law, Saigal Solar Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Sites or reliance on information presented. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of any confirmed order directly related to the claim.

Your use of the Sites is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your information.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan.
