KNOX Zapher IP66 & Zynex IP66 3-MPPT
The Zapher IP66 series (6.6, 9.2, 11.2kW) provides IP66 protection in a compact form factor — ideal where space is limited and outdoor conditions are harsh. The Zynex IP66 3-MPPT (8kW and 10kW) is the premium hybrid option: three independent MPPT trackers allow the system to harvest from multiple roof orientations or partially shaded arrays simultaneously, maximising generation on complex rooftops. Both pair with KNOX batteries.

The KNOX Xerox G4 Pro is a three-phase on-grid string inverter covering 5kW to 25kW — ideal for factories and commercial buildings with stable WAPDA supply and net metering connections. KNOX is a Pakistani solar brand that designs and markets hybrid inverters, on-grid inverters, and LFP batteries for residential and commercial solar in Pakistan. Unlike imported brands, KNOX has built one of the largest after-sales service networks in Pakistan — KNOX Care — with 22 service centres across Punjab, KPK, Sindh, and Islamabad.
KNOX inverters are IP66-rated on the Xenon, Zapher, and Zynex series — a step above the IP65 found on most competing models. KNOX Key Features for Pakistan
IP66 means completely dust-tight and protected against high-pressure water jets — one grade above the IP65 found on most competing inverters. In Faisalabad's cotton-dust environment, monsoon rain, and outdoor wall installations, IP66 provides measurably better long-term reliability than IP65. KNOX is one of very few brands in Pakistan offering IP66 on residential hybrid inverters.
22 KNOX Care Service Centres
KNOX has the widest after-sales service network of any Pakistani solar brand — 22 dedicated KNOX Care centres across Punjab, KPK, Sindh, and Islamabad. The Faisalabad centre (Saeed Colony, Canal Road) is one of only three full-service centres that handle On-Grid, Hybrid, and Battery repairs. The others are Islamabad and Multan.
LFP Battery Chemistry
KNOX Powerwall and Powerbase use lithium iron phosphate (LFP) — the safest and longest-lasting lithium battery chemistry. LFP does not suffer the thermal runaway risk of NCM batteries and delivers 6,000+ cycles. Compatible with the 48V battery bus used by all KNOX hybrid inverters.
Three MPPT on Zynex
Most residential inverters have 1 or 2 MPPT trackers. The KNOX Zynex has three independent MPPTs — meaning panels on East, West, and South-facing roof sections can each be optimised independently. This is particularly valuable for homes where the full roof cannot face south, avoiding the yield loss that occurs when mismatched strings share a single tracker.
