Saigal Box — Basic · Supply & Installation
The Saigal monitoring box for one plant, supplied and installed: our own control board with RS485, Wi-Fi. Reads the inverters directly, every few seconds, and keeps working when the inverter maker's app does not. Also fits as a no-wire box where the inverter has its own Wi-Fi dongle: it reads the dongle over the network, nothing wired into the inverter.
Saigal Box — Industrial · Supply & Installation
The industrial Saigal box for one plant, supplied and installed: a Waveshare industrial control board with RS485, built-in power isolation and digital isolation protection circuits. Wi-Fi. Reads the inverters directly, every few seconds.
Saigal Box — Wired (Ethernet) · Supply & Installation
The industrial Saigal box plus an industrial serial server (RS485 to RJ45 Ethernet, TCP/IP to serial), supplied and installed, for sites that need a wired link. PoE optional.

Smart Export Control Limiter
Automatic export limiting (zero export or a set limit): the Saigal box holds the inverters back so the plant never sends more to the grid than allowed.
Smart Forecast Based Energy Planner
Forecast-based battery and grid control: the Saigal box forecasts the day's solar and plans when the battery charges and discharges around the peak-tariff hours, which change with the month. It caps grid import during the peak and holds export to a set limit. Needs a hybrid inverter with a battery.
Smart PVDG Control
PV + diesel generator control: solar runs alongside the generator without back-feeding it — the Saigal box curtails the inverters to the generator's load in real time.
