One Dashboard for Every Solar Plant, Brand and Site
If you own more than one solar plant, you already know the problem: a Solis site logs into SolisCloud, a Huawei site into FusionSolar, a GoodWe site into SEMS — three brands, three apps, three logins, and no single place to compare them. Owners of factories, multiple homes, tube-wells and commercial rooftops end up checking nothing, because checking everything is too much work.
The Saigal Solar Monitoring Portal fixes that. It connects securely to your existing monitoring, pulls every plant into one dashboard, and shows live generation, status and alerts for all of them side by side. Whether your plants sit in one city or several countries, they all stream to the same screen — and you replace nothing on site.
But owners don't buy dashboards — they buy avoided losses. Every hour a fault goes unnoticed costs money. The portal alerts you within minutes when an inverter trips, a string under-performs or output falls below par — so you cut downtime and recover lost generation sooner, instead of finding out at month-end.
How It Works — Three Steps
Tell us about your solar plants
Simply tell us which inverter brands you use — or just send the site details. We support Solis, Huawei, GoodWe, FoxESS, Deye, Sungrow and many others. We determine the best connection method for each site and handle the setup for you.
Works with your current hardwareWe provision your portal
We connect each plant to your private portal, set your tariff for revenue tracking, and create logins for whoever you want to have access — you, your manager, your technician.
Live in a day, set up for youWatch everything, get alerted
Open one screen for live output across every site, compare plant-to-plant and string-to-string, and get an instant WhatsApp + email the moment any inverter trips.
One dashboard, full peace of mindWorks With Almost Any Modern Solar Inverter
You replace nothing. We securely connect with your existing inverter and monitoring platform and combine every site into one view — supporting cloud-connected platforms as well as direct Modbus integration for sites that need local monitoring or custom automation:
Solis (SolisCloud)
Full live data from Solis S6 on-grid and hybrid inverters — generation, battery state of charge, grid import/export and per-MPPT string data where the inverter exposes it.
Huawei FusionSolar
Huawei SUN2000 plants pulled into the same view, with per-inverter output and alarms alongside your other brands — no separate FusionSolar login needed day to day.
GoodWe SEMS
GoodWe residential and commercial plants combined with the rest of your fleet, so a GoodWe roof and a Solis factory sit on one screen.
FoxESS, Deye, Sungrow, Growatt & more
FoxESS, Deye / SolarMan, Sungrow, Growatt and other major platforms are supported — plus Modbus-enabled systems where a site needs local monitoring. Tell us what you run; we can almost certainly bring it in.
We Connect — You Don't Replace
Most owners assume monitoring means buying new hardware. It doesn't. In most cases we use your existing inverter and monitoring system — there is nothing to tear out and no new inverter to install. Where a site has no connectivity of its own, we provide a compact gateway for secure local data collection. Either way the result is the same: every plant on one screen, with nothing rewired.
No Connectivity on Site? We Provide a Secure Gateway
Some inverters and energy meters have no cloud at all — older units, off-brand kit, or a bare utility meter you simply want to watch. That is not a dead end. Saigal Solar runs its own Data Analysis Platform with a compact gateway we build and maintain.
Your own technician installs it on site and connects it to the inverter or meter, and the plant starts streaming to the very same dashboard — anywhere in the world, no manufacturer cloud required. For large organisations with on-site technicians, even a remote plant in another country can be online in an afternoon.
Compare Plant, Inverter and String — Spot the Laggard
Monitoring is only useful if it tells you what is wrong. The portal is built around comparison:
| Level | What you compare | What it catches |
|---|---|---|
| Plant vs plant | Capacity-factor across all your sites | Which whole site is under-performing today |
| Inverter vs inverter | Each inverter within a plant | A single failing or de-rated inverter |
| String vs string | Max / average / min string output | A weak or shaded string quietly losing yield |
Line your sites up, drill into the laggard, and fix the real problem instead of guessing from a month-end bill.
Instant Fault Alerts + Revenue-Loss in Real Money
Know the moment a unit drops
An instant WhatsApp and email the second an inverter trips or a plant goes offline — not a surprise when the next electricity bill arrives. Downtime caught early is downtime that costs almost nothing.
See the loss in rupees
Every fault comes with a revenue-loss figure based on your own tariff — the money the plant should have generated while it was down. A fault is never invisible or abstract again.
Track your ROI
Daily, monthly and yearly generation and the money value it produced, against what you invested. Always know whether your solar is paying back on schedule.
Built for factories
Multi-MW mills, many sites, hundreds of strings — monitored, compared and alerted in real time. We have delivered 20+ MW across Punjab and the portal scales well beyond that.
