The ALF Corrugated Roof Hot-Dipped GI mounting system is the premium corrugated roof mounting option. Hot-dipped galvanisation applies a significantly thicker zinc layer than electroplated GI — typically 85 microns vs 12–25 microns for electroplated — providing 3–5× longer corrosion resistance. The Unistrut channel profile allows flexible panel placement and clean cable management. Recommended for installations near agricultural areas, high-humidity environments, or coastal-adjacent locations where maximum corrosion protection is required. All corrugated roof hooks, clamps, and fasteners are also hot-dipped or stainless steel.
