Return Policy

All solar equipment sold by Saigal Solar Solutions is final sale. We do not accept returns of solar panels, inverters, batteries, mounting structures, or accessories once the order has been confirmed and production/procurement has begun.

Solar systems are custom-configured per customer site and installed on-site. Because each system is purpose-built — matched to your roof space, load profile, and inverter type — components cannot be restocked or resold once assigned to an order.

Defective-on-arrival units: If a product is found to be defective within 7 days of installation during commissioning and testing, Saigal Solar will coordinate a replacement directly with the manufacturer at no cost to the customer.

Manufacturer Warranty

All products supplied by Saigal Solar carry the full manufacturer warranty. We assist customers in lodging warranty claims with the respective brand's Pakistan service network.

Installation Warranty

Saigal Solar provides a 1-year workmanship warranty on all installation work, including:

Mounting structure installation and roof penetration sealing
DC wiring, conduit, and MC4 connections
AC wiring, DB box, MCBs, and changeover switches
Inverter and battery commissioning
System performance testing and load verification

Any fault attributable to our installation work will be rectified free of charge within the warranty period. This does not cover damage caused by load-shedding surges, flooding, tampering, or third-party modifications.

Delivery & Installation

Solar systems are sold as supply and install packages. Delivery and installation are included in the quoted price for sites within Faisalabad city limits.

Faisalabad: Free delivery and installation. Typical installation: 1–2 days for residential, 2–5 days for commercial.
Out-of-city (Punjab): Available for commercial and industrial projects. Transportation and accommodation costs apply — quoted separately.
On-order products: Items marked "Available on Order" carry a 4–6 week lead time from order confirmation. We will notify you of the expected delivery date at the time of order.

Note: We do not ship products separately for self-installation. All systems are installed by our trained technical team to ensure warranty validity and safe operation.

Payment Terms

Standard payment terms for residential installations:

50% advance on order confirmation
50% on completion of installation and testing

For commercial and industrial projects, payment schedules are agreed at the time of quotation.
