  2. Open FoxCloud and check the fault log. The app shows exactly what fault code triggered and at what time. Screenshot this — it becomes the evidence for the warranty ticket.
  3. Raise a ticket at service.fox-ess.com. You'll need the inverter serial number (on the right side label), installation date, and fault description. Alternatively, email after-sales@fox-ess.com with the same details.
  4. FoxESS assesses remotely or dispatches. Most faults are assessed remotely via FoxCloud data access. If hardware replacement is needed, the distributor coordinates unit swap — typically 7–14 business days for Pakistan.
