How to Verify Your LONGi Panels Are Genuine
Check the Serial Number Label
Each genuine LONGi panel has a barcode label with a unique serial number on the back of the panel and on the junction box. The label should clearly show the LONGi brand, model number, and wattage.
Verify via LONGi's Online Portal
Scan the QR code on the panel or enter the serial number at longi.com/en/modules-authenticity/ — LONGi's official product authentication page. Genuine panels will show manufacturing date, specifications, and warranty status.
Check the Warranty Card
Genuine LONGi panels from authorised dealers include a warranty card with the dealer stamp and installation date. Saigal Solar provides this for every order.
Request Import Clearance Documentation
For large orders, ask for the Bill of Lading or import clearance certificate confirming the panels were imported through official channels and cleared NEECA inspection.
