A CNC (changeover switch) is an essential component in every hybrid solar installation in Pakistan, allowing manual switching between solar+battery power and the WAPDA grid. During load shedding, the changeover switch isolates the premises from the grid and connects the solar system as the sole power source. When grid power returns, the switch reconnects the premises to the grid safely. Correctly sized CNC switches protect the inverter from back-feed and ensure the installation meets NEPRA safety requirements. Supplied and installed by Saigal Solar as a standard part of every hybrid system installation.
