Prime Cables DC 4mm XLPO is a 4mm² cross-linked polyolefin (XLPO) insulated DC solar cable rated for 1500V DC operation. XLPO insulation provides superior UV resistance, heat resistance up to 90°C, and long-term weather resistance compared to standard PVC cable — keeping it safe and flexible throughout the panel's 25-year life. Designed for direct outdoor exposure on rooftops and ground-mounted arrays, connecting solar panels to string combiners and inverters. Current capacity is suited to standard residential and commercial solar string currents. Supplied per metre or in standard drum lengths.
