Serial Number Verification
Every genuine LONGi panel has a unique serial number verifiable on LONGi's official website and app. Grey-market panels fail this check — their serial numbers are either unregistered, duplicate, or belong to panels sold in another country. Always verify before installation.
Warranty Is Void Without Authorised Supply
LONGi's 25-year product warranty is only honoured when the panel is supplied through an authorised channel. Panels bought from grey-market traders may have no valid warranty in Pakistan — leaving you with no recourse on a defective panel 5 or 10 years after installation.
Wattage Accuracy
A growing issue in Pakistan's market is "thief size" panels — physically identical to 645W panels but factory-graded at lower wattage, sold deceptively as the top wattage. NEECA Certification
